FLITCHWAY presents a new Leisure Quartet.

To a degree, the ingredients of the leisure content, will be determined by the local people of Braintree but will include the following:-

Clearly the football and tennis will be managed and owned by the towns existing sports organisations and the general banner of leisure will be managed by a specialist operator.

We see this as an exciting opportunity to develop a new combined leisure concept on the gateway to Braintree with car parking on site and access to both the A120, the town centre and the train network.

To facilitate the above works, the site will provide new housing, employment, a new school and some localised shopping.
